Jonathan Manela
Jonathan worked for over eleven years in the financial industry. He spent five years working in Wealth Management at Oppenheimer & Co. /CIBC Oppenheimer, followed by six years as a Director of Investments at Wachovia Securities. In June, 2005 Jonathan co-founded Rainmaker Associates.

Steve Rosen
Steve graduated from Hofstra University with a BS in Finance in 1992. Upon graduating he spent ten years working on Wall Street. Steve began a career in recruiting in 2002. He developed his niche in 2004 working as a financial recruiter, and in June of 2005 he co-founded Rainmaker Associates.

Patrick graduated from James Madison University in 2003 where he was a captain of their division-one basketball team. Upon his college graduation, Patrick worked for Legg Mason and has been working for Rainmaker Associates as a financial recruiter since 2004.
